Sr Manager, Rewards Hub leads or participates in more than one projects being undertaken in the area of salary review, incentives or recognition. Successful candidates are strong guardians of company values and principles. They have strong interpersonal skills and are approachable, responsive, results oriented, proactive, and trustworthy. Essential Responsibilities and Duties Participate in Salary survey submission of Mercer, Towers, Hats etc. surveys for multiple countries. Bring the market best practices and work with internal procedures to perform salary analysis and create salary structures for multiple countries. Act as subject matter expert on global rewards topics including HRIS, salary review and etc,. Design and drive continuous improvement in related programs, policies and tools for group in consultation with different parties including HR, business and etc. to ensure global alignment and compliance. Answer queries, address business needs and seek to understand business expectations. Contribute to the success of global rewards projects, drive collaborations from different parties (countries, functions, position levels), leverage best practice both internally and externally to come up with sustainable solutions that caters business needs. Design and work with the data teams to prepare visually appealing analysis and dashboards utilizing excel, Microsoft BI or tableau throughout the year. Qualifications Graduate/Post-Graduate 8-10 Years of Rewards & Analytics Exposure Rewards Certifications, Understanding of Mercer IPE, Job Architecture Schedule: Full-time Req: 008U78
