Because while we may not be at a patient’s bedside, their health is still in our hands. We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a clinical or nursing background with at least 5 years of experience, bringing valuable insights to our marketing strategies and initiatives. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product awareness, engagement, and adoption within healthcare settings. This position is based at Spacelabs headquarters in Snoqualmie, Washington. The expectation is to collarobate on-site 3+ days per week. Responsibilities Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the patient monitoring and diagnostic cardiology sectors. Work with sales management to align sales behavior via targeting and segmentation, using compensation, CRM and other structures. Develop compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content, tailored to healthcare professionals and institutions. Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns to promote product lines, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Leverage clinical expertise to provide valuable input on product positioning, messaging, and educational content. Work with the digital team to track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using data to refine and optimize future campaigns. Work closely with sales, product development, and regulatory teams to ensure cohesive and compliant marketing efforts. Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Nursing, Respiratory Therapy, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing or respiratory therapy experience, preferably within the ICU, ED, or other ward with patient monitoring. Strong analytical and research skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards. Creative thinker, proactive problem solver, and passionate about improving patient care through innovative marketing strategies.
