As the Compliance Manager for Strategic Training, Communication and Policy, you'll work as a strategic thinker to help identify compliance related learning and development opportunities for the broader organization. This position assesses US Commercial developmental needs to drive training initiatives and identifies and arranges suitable training solutions for employees. This position actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate, enhance performance and communicate changes. This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: Partners strategically and works collaboratively with the business to proactively identify and address training and communication needs Develop and design highly engaging and interactive learning solutions Understands current business issues and trends and uses that information to inform training and communication strategies Maintains and updates the US Policies and Procedures through innovative and strategic means and ensures they are in alignment with standards maintained by the business. Liaises with Independent business monitoring, investigations and Internal audit to identify trends for areas of educational needs based on output of audit, monitoring, and Key risk indicator (KRI) results Develops impactful and engaging communications to educate business stakeholders on relevant subject matter via case studies, current learnings etc Uses multiple sources of information including external thought pieces, stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations Develops relevant content for enterprise delivery to the Integrity Champion network Develops content for intranet pages and content management system Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results for continuous improvement Creates compliance specific learning plans for employee onboarding and induction Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: 4+ years experience in training and development 3+ years' experience in compliance and/or audits Experience working in a highly regulated industry Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Experience in ethics and compliance programs, risk and controls, process management or change management Confidence and poise to work directly with senior business partners, internal teams and other GSK leaders Proven ability to work independently and drive projects to completion Detail-oriented with strong project management, organization, prioritization and time management skill Demonstration of good judgment and effective decision making in applying expertise Strong communication, planning and project management skills
