To ensure that GSK selling excellence standards are implemented effectively across all Business Units and sales roles within Switzerland we are looking for a very experienced and highly skilled: Commercial Customer Experience Senior Manager Responsibilities: Develops the capabilities and drives the path towards true Omni-Channel Customer Engagement Drive Strategic Account Management capabilities and embedding across Business Units LOC ownership of sales personnel capability building - providing high quality training and support across the BUs, leveraging the 70/20/10 approach to development Monitoring of KAM & FLSL capability building effectiveness through regular capability assessments. Ownership of marketing capability building in line with global framework and specific LOC needs. Partner with global/regional functions in driving continuous improvement and support capability/quality improvements including benchmarking with other companies – both within and outside the industry Support LOC talent management and succession planning through identification of development opportunities Define and evolve GSK Switzerland value proposition and customer experience across all customer facing functions, monitor execution through appropriate metrics (NPS) and drive competitive advantage by growing a deep cross-functional collaboration Liaise with other Selling-/Marketing-Excellence teams, sharing best practices, representing GSK Switzerland in respective forums Support the evolution of HCPE to drive competitive advantage for GSK across all BUs. Support the annual sponsoring & congress planning process across all BUs to ensure a cross-functional approach, drive visibility of consolidated investments. Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Sales Leader experience and expertise Business Partnering with Marketing and Medical Roles Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to build trusting relationships to ensure that the Selling Excellence outputs are in line with markets’ needs and that there is a high level of sponsorship for the programmes developed. Strong team-working skills – able to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders. Strong technical knowledge within sales force effectiveness and Veeva CRM Strong project management skills and be well organised. Excellent written and oral communications skills – English proficiency, German and preferably French Demonstrable evidence of multi-cultural sensitivity Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Strong business background, in depth knowledge of selling and sales leadership Managing complexity in a highly regulated environment Why GSK?
