In this role, you will explore people and business data sets, working alongside Data Scientists and Behavioural Scientists, to develop insights to support workforce and people decisions. Basic Qualifications & Skills: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Qualified to Degree level, ideally within a STEM subject (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) Advanced analytical skills with high attention to detail, comfortable working with large volumes of data in a fast-paced business environment, with the ability to document method, results and findings SQL, basic Python and advanced skills in MS Excel, plus willingness to learn additional tools or languages as required The ability to quickly learn new/emerging concepts and technologies Excellent communication skills, including data visualisation, able to communicate findings and implications to a wide audience, with different technical experience and of different seniorities Ability to deal with multiple projects and deliveries in parallel and manage a broad range of projects and tasks Preferred Qualifications & Skills: Please note the following skills are not necessary, just preferred, if you do not have them, please still apply: Experience with HR or sports analytics Experience with MS Azure stack, particularly Databricks Understanding of relational data structures Experience of working with confidential data with the understanding of data privacy principles Closing Date for Applications – 21/6/24 (COB) Please take a copy of the Job Description, as this will not be available post closure of the advert.  When applying for this role, please use the ‘cover letter’ of the online application or your CV to describe how you meet the competencies for this role, as outlined in the job requirements above.
