Description
The EcoXpert Sales account Manager will be responsible to deploys all sales actions with the country targeted accounts assigned in order to maximize the business with them through all forms of interactions, and must fulfill the following competencies: Ability to understand the customer needs and to position their needs in the value chain and competitive environment (market and competitors), in order to best promote Schneider Electric in the local market. Ability to develop and manage channel (Customers) and to manage price in a competitive environment, in order to serve the strategic objectives for access to market. Ability to build an environment and relationship of trust and credibility with customers, understanding customer needs and goal alignment, developing rapport with key contacts. Ability to know, describe and use Schneider Electric offer in terms of characteristics, features, advantages and general applications, to position it against competitive offers, in order to best answer customer needs. Ensure successful execution of strategies. Monitor and follow-up on plans using relevant metrics (short-term and long-term). Take the necessary steps to overcome obstacles and push goals. Maintain high levels of energy in a fast-paced environment. Ability to understand and integrate related technologies into the way of efficiently work a digital environment around planning, innovation, operation, measuring results, interacting with customers and engaging employees, and ultimately creating differentiated business value. Qualifications Engineering degree graduate Min 7 to 10 years experience in Sales Account Management Experience in ELV scope is mandatory Knowledge of Schneider Digital Energy portfolio is a plus Schedule: Full-time Req: 008K52
