Job Description *Conduent is hiring Work From Home Healthcare Customer Experience Associates* We need upbeat, articulate and reliable Customer Experience Associates to join our Team. You will take /make inbound/outbound calls assisting them with completing applications and answering general Patient Assistance Support Program related questions [PAP- Insulin Support Program]. Training: 5 weeks M-F, 9am – 5:30pm EST. Work Hours: Hours of operation are 8am – 8pm Monday - Friday, Pay: Competitive Incentive Pay Language: Bilingual -Spanish/English Full Time – regular position. There are 5 shifts to cover the hours of operation 8:00am – 8:00pm., M-F , EST. Depending on business needs/requirements agents are scheduled to best meet the needs of the business. *8am – 4:30pm EST *9am – 5:30pm EST *9:30am – 6pm EST 10am – 6:30pm EST 11:30am – 8pm EST Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age with at least a high school diploma or GED. Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening. Must have Customer Service and Call Center experience. Preferred: Healthcare call center experience. Additional: Must type 20wpm or more. Job Track Description: Performs business support or technical work, using data organizing and coordination skills. Performs tasks based on established procedures. In some areas, requires vocational training, certifications, licensures, or equivalent experience. General Profile Expands skills within an analytical or operational process. Identifies customer needs by referring to case notes and examining each as a specific case. Performs routine call center activities concerning business products and services. Uses standard scripts and established guidelines and under supervision, to meet SLAs. Provides customers with information that is specialized and communicated in a warm empathetic manner. Gathers all necessary information to update the database. Escalates issues to senior levels, based on complaints or concerns. Explains company policies to customers. Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards.
