What will you do? Regional Tendering Leader responsible for ensuring a highly engaged, highly skilled and a high performing team Leads the team to deliver tenders for all Europe I&PA multi-technology project activities to End Users, EPCs Contractors, Process OEMs, including installed base upgrades & modernisations, digital services, brownfield, and greenfield competitive tenders. Ensures process are followed to bid/no-bid, assigns bid teams, meets customer deadlines, ensures documentation quality and accuracy, manages the approval process, ensures the submitted tenders meet business goals and drive customer satisfaction Collaborates with internal/external and 3rd party stakeholders, sets priorities, allocates appropriate level of resources, ensures the appropriate use of technology for optimising delivery, within budget and to a high quality, measures and is accountable to meet all stakeholder KPIs. Leads change What qualifications will make you successful for this role? Excellent People Leader (Shape our Future, Build the Best Team, Empower, Free up Energy, Achieve Together) experience of OT Industrial Control Systems which must include one or more of the following technologies; DCS, Safety, SCADA, PLCs, HMI, Data Historians, other Aveva software Excellent Networking and Stakeholder management skills Advanced time management and analytical skills Solid price management skills (value based pricing); Bachelor’s Degree in a business, marketing, engineering or computer related field is desirable but not essential Experience working in a complex matrix with cross functional teams (delivery, R&D, supply chain, sales, etc.) Highly customer centric Fluent in English and one other language strongly preferred At Schneider Electric, Diversity & Inclusion is at the heart of our organisation, it's an integral part of our history, culture, and identity.
