The Opportunity
As part of the Tax Services team, you lead the way as technology-enabled tax advisors, providing benefits through digitization, automation, and increased efficiencies. As a Manager, you supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive client engagement workstreams by solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. This role requires leveraging broad knowledge of tax issues facing multinational US banks, mutual funds, private equity, hedge funds, or REITS in the reporting space, and managing project management teams to comply with FATCA, 1441, FBAR, and qualified intermediary requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage client service accounts within the tax services team
- Supervise, develop, and coach teams to deliver top-quality tax compliance solutions
- Utilize broad knowledge of tax issues affecting multinational financial institutions
- Maintain compliance with FATCA, 1441, FBAR, and qualified intermediary requirements
- Drive client engagement workstreams by solving complex tax-related problems
- Implement technology-enabled solutions to enhance productivity and automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver thorough tax advisory services
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes
What You Must Have
- Bachelor& 39;s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management
- 4 years of experience
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity
