Manage relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process, including discussions of compensation, benefits plans, and negotiating job offers. Responsibilities Responsibilities: Knowledge of complete Life Cycle of recruitment Process. (Inhouse recruitment - IT Technical & Non-IT hiring) Work closely with the Higher Management team to understand & strategize for continuous hiring Interview Scheduling :Coordinating with technical panel and scheduling telephonic /bridge calls(pooled lines)/Teams calls for candidates at different time zones of in world (Malaysia/Singapore/Australia/Sri Lanka) recruitment in Synchronization with Hiring Managers in Closing hard to hire and Niche skills. Planning & strategizing for conducting interviews Responsible for proactive sourcing of IT candidates to sufficiently build a pipeline of candidates and providing a constant source of candidates for upcoming requirements. Proactively understand prevalent IT technologies in the job market and developing strategies as how to be 'at the right place at the right time with the right solution' Manpower planning, shortlisting of candidates, preliminary interviews, coordination for technical interviews, fixing and negotiations of salaries, reference check, and ensure joining within the defined time. Attending Daily TAM Meetings with BU Managers to develop the recruitment plans, projections, resolving the issues and reducing the cycle time of full fill the positions. Manage post selection process i.e. offer closing, on boarding, and documentation. Recruitment MIS & weekly reports Preparation of all trackers and monthly review data to assess timely hiring status with the Business Unit Lead, Hiring Manager, HR – Head and the Manager for resource utilization. New Joinee induction sessions for all the new joiners. Following up with candidates on missing document information Updating the trackers on daily and weekly basis. And preparing weekly staff meeting reports.
