We are currently seeking a Youth Care Worker - Supervisor for our overnight shift (6pm-6am). This is a full-time position.The YCW - Supervisor oversees and manages the Youth Care Workers on shift. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory experience as well as experience within corrections. The YCW functions as an active part of the treatment team, providing continuous patient care, supervision, interaction, and role modeling to adolescent boys ranging in age 13 through 18. The YCW leads therapeutic groups with patients and is able to intervene effectively in crisis situations.
