The Subcontracts Administrator, Junior will work with Subcontracts Leads and other Subcontracts Administrators on a dynamic team who will be responsible for providing a variety of subcontracts administrative support and supporting subcontract closeout efforts. As a Subcontracts Administrator, Junior you will work under close supervision by the Subcontracts Leads to process NDAs, TAs, service purchase orders, consulting agreements, subcontract agreements, and subcontracts closeouts as needed. Responsibilities Maintain subcontract files with required documentation, including subcontract closeout files. Conduct administrative duties of assigned subcontracts. Prepare and disseminate information throughout the company regarding subcontract status matters, as needed. Interface with subcontractors, SBU, and subsidiary operations. Ensure compliance with internal subcontracting policies. Assist in the preparation of proposals to the customer. Assist in any closeout efforts, as needed. Research and assist in resolving subcontract issues, disputes, and terms/conditions, etc. Assist in the maintenance of files compliant with CPSR rules. Maintain subcontracts closeout tracker sheets as needed. Maintain subcontract and contract databases and logs. Maintain the subcontracts and contracts sites in Chenega SharePoint. Conga or other CLM System. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Bachelor’s degree OR High school diploma or GED equivalent and 4+ years of professional experience may be used in lieu of education 2+ years of government contracts or government subcontracts or government contracts administration related work experience is required Occasional Travel 25% Background check required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Business, logistics, and accounting knowledge is strongly desired. Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Possess strong skills in organizing, and managing time across multiple time zones, tasks, and customer needs. Must have the ability to work independently or in a team environment. Working knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, presentation software (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Outlook.
