The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with various marketing tasks including social media management, technical writing, research, collaboration with other teams, and other tasks as assigned. Key Responsibilities: • Assist with managing and executing social media campaigns across various platforms including LinkedIn, SFDC Chatter, and YouTube. • Conduct research to identify potential target markets, competitors, and trends in the industry. • Collaborate with other teams to develop marketing strategies and tactics that align with business objectives. • Create content for various marketing channels such as email campaigns, blog posts, and website updates. • Assist with technical writing tasks including creating and editing marketing materials such as product sheets, sales presentations, blogs, and case studies. • Monitor and analyze website traffic and social media engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization. • Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new and innovative marketing ideas. • Support the team with other marketing-related tasks as needed. Qualifications: • Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Demonstrated proficiency in social media management and content creation. • Experience with technical writing and marketing collateral development is a plus. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Google Analytics is a plus.
