The Opportunity The role forms a pivotal part of our Collective Strategy Global People,with a focus on ensuring we have a joined-up approach as a network towards the acquisition of targeted senior talent. The role holder will be accountable for co-ordinating activities across our larger member firms, regional and functional hiring leaders to ensure central coordination of strategic hiring towards our Global Growth Accelerators and Common Investment opportunities. A key focus of the role will be ensuring we co-ordinate the execution of recruitment working in tandem with key business leaders, the recruitment council and using existing local or regional senior hire teams rather than building a large central function. What you will do Liaise with senior business leaders and GGA/CI investment case owners (e.g. Global or Regional Advisory, Tax, Audit, Clients & Markets) to understand all key strategic hiring needs. Co-chair Recruitment Leads Council to co-ordinate strategic senior hiring across our network of member firms in line with Collective Strategy. Collaborate with Recruitment Leads Council to deliver and execute on Global strategic hiring and recruitment guidance and best practice materials and toolkits. Create dashboards, management reports and tracking tools to ensure strategic hiring efforts are tracked and monitored. Collaborate with investment owners and Global Finance to oversee the process for recharging and claiming of moneys related to strategic hiring in line with allocated investment budget. Present to leadership team including GPSG, GPLT, CoE leads and others to share progress and key activities related to strategic hiring efforts. What you bring to the role Experience in a People Partner, Senior Recruiter or Partner Matters role with experience in senior hire recruitment and/or resourcing that is relevant to the key activities and deliverables of this role. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent work experience. International experience – preferably including working with partners across a member firm to lead change. Strong collaboration and influencing skills with experience of engaging with senior stakeholders. Excellent communcation and strong presentation skills. Ability to present information to senior stakeholders in an informative, clear, and professional way.
