The Opportunity Our technical architect of the managed detection and response service will be a logical stakeholder whose first mandate will be the integration of artificial intelligence into our service. He will also be involved in the design of the information and investigation flow of our service. He will work in collaboration with our Senior Developer as well as our operational pillars to validate his vision, ensure the feasibility and viability of the sites. He will also be called upon to coordinate the interventions of the various stakeholders to carry out the implementation of the various new features What you will do He will be responsible for delivering the following mandates: Complete the implementation of the artificial intelligence tool in our department as well as all the automation opportunities that result from it Planning for the future of the use of artificial intelligence in our service (and safeguards) to increase our capabilities and efficiency SOC Technology Roadmap (Next 3 years) Maximize the value and use of the information received in our alerts He would also be involved in the following tasks (but not limited to) To increase the level of automation and standardization Increase the speed of adding new enriched use cases with our artificial intelligence partner Optimize the workflow and steps required to analyze the alerts received To reduce the number of alerts that analysts need to manually process Increase the level of automation and automatic closing of alerts with custom mechanics and logic To increase the team's level of profitability, accelerate the improvement of the MDR service and increase the retention rate of our customers: Monetize the design and implementation of customizations for our clients To increase perceived value, decrease time spent per alert, and decrease manual work: Redesign the playbook architecture and connectors What you bring to the role Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity 5 years or more of experience in development, infrastructure, cybersecurity or any other IT field. Experience with the integration of artificial intelligence into an operational team. Strong understanding of the cybersecurity field Good understanding of the activities of a detection and response service Strong experience in the design and design of detection and response practices and methodologies.
