Senior Product Manager Job Description This position will be a key member of the Immunology/HematoOncology Business Unit reporting directly to the Commercial Lead. This is a standalone position and has no direct reports. It will require travelling (50%+ of time). This position has an important role to deploy business strategy across EU LR markets (Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Bulgaria, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, Kosovo, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Malta). Understand the overall business including business trends and BMS corporate strategy and contribute with execution in close interaction with Commercial Lead and Cross Functional Team. Accountable for the marketing of BMS Oncology/Immunology brands. Develops and implements innovative marketing strategies and tactics, ensuring completion on a timely basis and within agreed budgets. Analyzes and translates trends, threats and opportunities in the market place in terms of long-term business implications. Develops / champions annual brand planning to optimize sales, market shares and profit margin while demonstrating superior forecasting analysis and control of brands expenditures. Work cross-functionally and close collaboration with the partners in order to support integrated business strategies & execution. Drives change by challenging the status quo. Identifies gaps and thinks strategically to bridge the gaps Interacts and builds strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders both internal and external. Initiates, builds and maintains strong relationships with key Thought Leaders and others within the medical community. Works with Market access Team to ensure favorable pricing and reimbursement situations at all times. Works with Medical Team to align on Life Cycle Planning and deliver specific actions/programs as required. Aligns with WW brand teams on strategy, sharing and gaining relevant information as necessary. Trains and develops sales force / KAMs / CSO teams, as appropriate, on product/competitor knowledge and promotional messages to the customers. Works to the highest levels of integrity and compliance, adhering to BMS Standards of Business Conduct and Ethics at all times. Role Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Preferred to be in a Pharmaceutical / Medical field Experience and Knowledge: 5+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience within competitive therapeutic field; oncology and/or Hematology/Immunology preferred. Knowledge of Oncology/Hematology/Immunology disease area. Very strong orientation on results Team worker with respectful attitude towards other Team members Demonstrates capacity to acquire scientific information. Proven history of seeking out new information and learning quickly - agility to absorb new concepts. Ability to develop, implement and execute innovative strategic and tactical marketing plans. Experience of working with Thought Leaders and experts in their field. Analyze data and ask insightful questions to make effective decisions-experiments. Highly energetic, self-reliant, able to successfully drive performance and deliver results with various parties in a timely and efficient manner with organized project management skills.
