S&P Global Corporate The Role: Senior People (HR) Services Specialist The Team: This role sits in our EMEA People Services team, a team of 9 providing People Services support for 26 EMEA countries. The current team are based out of UK, Poland, Germany, Romania, South Africa and France. The role will report to the Regional Lead, People Services, based in the UK. The Impact: The Sr People Services Specialist provides first line support to our employees giving knowledgeable advice and support as well as performing accurate administration for the employee lifecycle. We are making changes and improvements to the employee experience as we develop our People Processes and Systems. Responsibilities: Responsible for People Services administration for Romania and some additional EMEA Country support depending on skills and experience. Responding to all queries (‘tickets’) raised in Service Now (internal HR case management system) providing advice and support to employees within the agreed Service Level Agreements Approve data requests in Workday (HR system) as required including absence, job changes, global mobility moves etc and complete required documentation in liaison with the employee. Carry out the end to end onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires in conjunction with the Candidate Care and People Services team. Assist with the organization of local Onboarding Induction for Romanian employees. Employee lifecycle administration to include contract amendments, employment verification letters, visa letters etc as required. Build knowledge and understanding of HR policies, practices and procedures and assist in maintaining Knowledge Articles in our internal library. Complete Benefits and Payroll administration on a monthly basis to ensure data is accurately reflected, working closely with our internal Payroll and Benefits teams. Maintain both the physical and electronic employee files. Provide reporting to relevant Government authorities as and when required Provide cover for other EMEA countries for holiday/sickness as and when required. What We’re Looking For: 2+ years experience of working in an HR Administration role with experience of supporting Romania, ideally within a global organization. Other EMEA Country HR support an advantage. Knowledge of Romania and other EMEA HR policies and processes would be an advantage. Attention to detail and accurate in providing information to our Stakeholders. Ability to demonstrate initiative and good judgment in resolving issues. Experience of Workday and / or Service Now an advantage. Fluent Romanian and English (written and spoken). Organised and solution orientated mindset, committed to resolving issues and attending to customer needs in a timely manner.
