This role is to lead a results driven team of developers and quality engineers rapidly building out offerings to facilitate key workflows powering the private markets lifecycle. Our next leader will be excited to deliver in a fast-paced environment managing a globally distributed team using AI, event driven design patterns and microservice architectures. Responsibilities and Impact: Own the technology aspects of the product team’s strategy to ensure and feature development aligns with product goals. Involved hands-on in all aspects of SDLC process. Lead engineering and solution architecture efforts. Member of the leadership team, accountable for project prioritization, capacity planning, and the development and communication of goals and objectives to stakeholders. Represent development team in customer-facing discussions. Collaborate with external technology partners to onboard them for projects. Responsible for career development of the team. Drive innovation in our process and delivery methods, ensuring consistency across projects. What We’re Looking For: Basic Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/related field 10+ Years in building large scale web-based systems 3+ Experience with Cloud Technologies, prefer AWS 5+ years team lead experience with a preference for experience managing managers Experience with C and/or Java with microservices Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with professionals from diverse backgrounds   Additional Preferred Qualifications: Experience with JavaScript preferably React.
