Currently we’re looking for a new colleague to join our global team which oversees thousands of phones, tablets, printers and petabytes of end user files. Senior Engineer - devices Key responsibilities: Working closely with Product Owners on roadmaps and strategies for technology solutions. Collaborating closely with architects and other engineers in the design and deployment of new solutions. Advising outsourced partner which deals with 1st and 2nd line support on how to solve most complex issues. Analysing data and contributing to technology and process improvements Maintaining toolset (applications, scripts) and processes, which allows GSK to operate end user services at scale Why you? Necessary Skills: Understanding of operating end user technologies at large scale (thousands of devices) Basic knowledge about: - Mobile device management, - File share management, - Printers management, - Basic programming skills which allow to automate work Strong communication skills, ability to work with different cultures and team-oriented mindset. Preferred skills: Experience with Mobile Device Management systems like Microsoft Intune, Workspace One or Soti and mobile operating systems (Android, iOS, iPadOS) Experience with file share management and printers management at large scale Exposure to proprietary ecosystems (e.g. Apple, Samsung, Zebra) Exposure to Microsoft Azure cloud solutions like Azure Files, Blob storage, NetApp CVO Proficiency in developing reports and drawing conclusion from data with use of PowerBI, SQL, and Excel Familiarity with PowerShell Why GSK?
