What do you get to do in this position? This position is accountable for development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics for the account management team. Leads, manages and develops an account team to provide sales support, marketing expertise, project management and customer service. Serves as part of a cross-functional team to select new strategic accounts, and evaluates the cost/benefit of existing account relationships. Establishes and maintains sales relationships with major accounts/customers. 1. Builds and manages a comprehensive coverage team for each selected account, including direct and matrix reporting relationships with sales, marketing, operations and customer service. 2. Develops and maintains personal relationships with key executives at selected accounts. 3. Implements and maintains a performance measurement process including revenue tracking and activity based costing at each selected account. Monitors and updates financial models to ensure each account provides appropriate returns. 4. Orchestrates sales/marketing portfolio to optimize account coverage in the areas of information, logistics and technical support. 5. Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop accounts pursue prospects, promote products, offer solutions and achieve sales targets. Qualifications 10 to 15 years of progressive experience in the energy technology field Knowledge in technical business of complex solutions in Telecommunications, energy or systems Knowledge in Data Centers, Edge Solutions, Cloud and services provider, UPS, Integrated supply power solutions. Experience leading sales team management directly, responsible of sales achievement targeted Bachelor degree of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, Systems, Telecommunications or similar.
