The Challenge: The Sales Intern is a Lead acquisition champion, who is able to adopt a growth mindset and is eager to help us optimize our funnel to bring new businesses onboard with the Brink’s Money suite of solutions – which includes Paycards, Incentive Cards, and Business Expense Cards. We are looking for a persistent, self-driven, and revenue-oriented individual with a passion for learning the commercial side of the business and understanding the lead generation process. Key responsibilities: Qualifying and Distributing Inbound Leads: Review and assess inbound leads from various channels. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria. Distribute qualified leads to appropriate sales representatives. Taking and Organizing Notes on Sales Presentation Calls: Participate in sales presentation calls with clients. Take detailed notes during the calls. Organize and summarize key points discussed for future reference. Setting Appointments for Senior Sales Staff: Assist in scheduling appointments for senior sales representatives. Coordinate with clients to find suitable meeting times. Ensure all appointments are accurately recorded in the calendar. Working on Sales/Marketing Project Initiatives: Collaborate with the sales and marketing team on various projects. Contribute ideas and insights to improve sales and marketing strategies. Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives. Facilitating and Executing Outbound Sales Activities: Conduct outbound sales activities such as cold calling and email outreach. Engage with potential clients to generate interest in our products/services. Provide support to senior sales representatives in closing deals. Requirements Full time undergraduate, rising Junior or Senior. Ability to commit 30-40 hours per week. Quantitative skills including proficiency with Excel / Google Suite. Familiarity with HTML a plus Demonstrate intellectual curiosity, and a passion for translating data into actionable insights. Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Proficient in Microsoft suite of products.
