Your Role – Magic happens when you bring great people together! Responsible for selling full scope products and solutions related to building segment Targeting new projects and potential customers. Penetrating new clients & developing close professional relations with key decision makers and influencers in assigned geographical area. Keeping updated with industry developments, new products, technologies, regulations, and standards related to the construction segment. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop customized solutions for targeted customers or projects Achieve Monthly, Yearly agreed order and sales targets Responsible of identifying market trends, key players moves and potential areas for growth for the Building segment. Coordinating projects tenders and quotations with relevant division in the company to meet customer satisfaction and due dates following the Processes formulated by Schneider Electric. Qualifications About You Minimum of 8 years Experience Bachelor’s degree of Electrical Engineering Strong technical knowledge on Medium Voltage, Low voltage Switchgear, VFD’s, PLCs Transformers, Industrial Automation, Energy management Systems, Protection Relays, and Field Testing. Ability to leverage partnerships to drive the strategic plan. Consistently demonstrates alignment to organizational strategy to advance opportunities. Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to present their views in a clear and compelling manner. Adapt to rapidly changing business circumstances and have the ability to thrive in a constantly changing business environment. Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
