Responsibilities The Opportunity Accurate and on-time Reporting of Financials (Balance Sheet, P&L Statements and Cash Flow) in SAP/ HFM as well as preparation of external Reportings Oversee calculation of standard prices in SAP as well as tracking and reconciliation of COGS/ Inventories Act as SAP/HFM/FDM Key User and SME Own critical Balance Sheet items (e.g. Inventories and Deposit reconciliation) Your Impact As a Reporting Cordinator your responsibilities would consist of: Coordination of Month-, Quarter-and Year-End Closings including analysis, preparation and communication of financial results per US-GAAP (e.g. reporting schedules) Preparation of ad-hoc reports for local and international Management Perform of short-and long term cash flow plan/ forecast in HFM as well as preparation of monthly variance analysis (against prior year and plan/ forecast) Lead the year-end standard costing process in SAP and ensure ongoing standard costs are properly updated in SAP and material masterdata is maintained accordingly Ensure proper accounting of manual postings in the area of COGS and Inventories Key contact for external audit for statutory book closure of German legal entities for COGS and Inventory related queries Support company projects in terms of Reporting and Cost Accounting related queries/ expertise Responsible for coordinating quarterly Balance Sheet Review within business unit and ensure proper and timely communication to Sector Be the overall compliance coordinator for Control department and Control Owner in Reporting and Cost Accounting with GCS embedded in the processes and ensure controls are timely and properly tested and documented Key contact for Sector Control in any HFM/FDM system related topics owning local implementation/amendments based on sector guidance Own Deposit reconciliation process incl. monthly accrual update, windfall profit calculation and tool development/enhancement with PwC ensuring proper documentation for upcoming tax audits. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Education Successful completed university degree in Finance and Accounting Experience Fluent in English At least 5 years proven experience in Reporting, Cost Accounting and Cash Flow in a production / FMCG environment Deep system knowledge in SAP (modules FI, CO and MM), HFM, FDM and strong knowledge in MS office Experience in participation of company wide projects; LSS or similar qualification will be beneficial Experience in leading projects and coordination of bigger processes (e.g. Year-End standard costing) Skills High affinity in numbers /distinctive analytical skills High flexibility and resistance to stress Teamplayer and strong assertiveness Process-oriented and efficient functioning Strong communication skills High commitment Project management qualification e.g. LSS is beneficial If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
