What will you do? Developing / provision of high-level program schedules, detailed project schedules & resource plans for different phases of the project (Engineering, Procurement and Construction), using Primavera P6 and MSP software, supervision and control of each phase. Providing project status reports including progress measurement, S-Curves and different weekly and monthly reports, etc. Coordinating project timelines with internal departments and external stakeholders. Identifying potential project schedule delays and facilitating intervention in a timeous manner. Accommodating updates and changes to project schedules. Recommending actions to keep projects within budget, and completed on time Keeping stakeholders informed of project timelines and deadlines. Expediting subcontractors to ensure deliverables are achieved & roadblocks removed What qualifications will make you successful for this role? Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Project Planning using Primavera / Microsoft Project Proficent in Microsoft tools Strong oral and written communication skills in English Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Demontrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills.
