Overview Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for your next career opportunity? If so, this permanent opportunity on our Procurement team could be the one for you. Global Procurement is going through a period of significant transformation as we advance our digital agenda. This role will be key to delivering these key initiatives while also ensuring Project Management Office methodologies and best practices are always followed under our Technology, Projects & Change pillar. In this role you will be responsible for implementing and enforcing Procurement PMO processes and procedures. Responsibilities Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Manage the relationship with relevant stakeholders and third parties/vendors. Perform risk management to minimize potential risks. Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels. Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals. Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis. Qualifications Essential Skills: Strong project management skillset. Prince 2 or PMP desired but not required. Strong collaboration and influence skills, with experience working in a cross-functional environment. Experience of working on large-scale and small-scale projects and a continuous improvement orientation. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities on a tight timeline and in a high-pressure environment. Experience of structured Business process analysis – translating business needs into actionable Project Requirements. Good presentation skills and techniques (SharePoint, PowerPoint) Minimum 5 years’ experience in a large FMCG operation using SAP.
