San Antonio, TX THIS POSITIN IS CONTINGENT UPON BID AWARD The Project Manager Assistant Fuels reports directly to the DoD Fuels Manager and is responsible for the administrative support to the project and program teams as directed. Responsibilities Oversight of project administrative activities for assigned team. Ensure all administrative functions are effectively executed to meet project team requirements. Functional task areas include cash flow monitoring, project invoicing, security badging for field teams, subcontract/subcontractor management, procurement functions, logistics support, project documentation/filing, recruiting/HR support. Communicate effectively with assigned team members, as well as management as needed to meet client project/program requirements. Develop and maintain proactive working relationships with team members, vendors, management and other departments. Attend briefings, conferences, and other Government designated meetings as required in the execution of this effort or as requested by supervisor. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of two (2) years’ progressive project administrative support experience in fueling systems repair & maintenance or construction Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience working with DelTek and CostPoint Preferred. Experience with managing the work of others.
