LI-Hybrid The Role: Project Deployment Lead This role is primarily going to support the Global Hub Transformation in handling multiple projects and business mapping/ requirement analysis aligned to the over-all Hub Expansion & strategy. Project deployment Lead will work closely with Global Transformation Senior Lead for overall Business Transformation and Expansion by building support capabilities, Customer Satisfaction, and Quality to potential clients across the globe. What will you do? ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: · Foster stakeholder relationships for potential business expansion in the Global Hub. · Align organization structure, including Centers of Excellence, Support Functions, and hub site leadership, with reporting guidelines and people strategy. · Benchmark industry market processes and collaborate with related functions to ensure customer and business benefit. · Coordinate and monitor the implementation of changes to ensure sustainability · Develop business development plans, marketing strategies, and conduct market research for continuous expansion. Conduct data analysis and reporting, translating findings into actionable insights for business strategies and decisions. Stay current with data analytics tools and technology, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Collaborate cross-functionally and manage stakeholders to understand data needs and support business partnering. Lead strategy and transformation initiatives, incubate new business opportunities, and track progress on transformation projects and strategic priorities. · BIPM will aide/guide/assist the Transitions team, Operations team and OpEx in: o (Transition) Understanding stakeholder expected outcomes on Speed, Cost, Quality, Control and Cx. o (Quality and Training) Ensuring and conducts review on Process documentations such as SWI, SIPOC, HLPM, Control plans, Risks & Issues Logs, Skills Matrix and other relevant OpEx documents are in place and currently updated to the latest version o (BIPM) 3x3 (Leading and Lagging Performance metrics) from stakeholders (or help Transition and Ops Team establish/define 3x3) and have stakeholder's success measures (SLA) along with VOC (wherever applicable) and are updated at the applicable frequency with agreed control chart trends. o (Quality) The team to have a Quality Framework implementation that is designed for optimum viability to the process. Serving the purpose of tracking the accuracy of the process, quality reporting and identification of improvement actions and follow through o (WFM) Ensuring the team in deploying Factory model across Workforce to proactively manage supply, demand, and performance scorecards. This should help in proactively allocating human and and virtual workforce to meet demand and monitor performance by process and agent performance scorecards o (BIPM) correct points of data performance analysis are designed into visual dashboards Qualifications Qualifications (Required) · Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma in any field · 5-8 years relevant experience in Leadership, Project Management, Business Development and BPO/ Industry Service. · Tertiary degree in a relevant field or extensive training in (for example, business management, project management, business improvement, business methodology, and/or documented practical experience). · Ability to work efficiently in a high-demand, team-oriented, and fast-paced environment. · Self-directed, organized, and project a professional image. · Ability to communicate with and influence a variety of stakeholders · Training in project management techniques or relevant experience. · Willing to work in Cavite with flexible working hours to properly engage stakeholders from all time zones. Skills (Required) · Expertise in business and system analysis, contributing to the development of a comprehensive framework. · Proficiency in business analysis planning, needs gathering, issue management, and stakeholder analysis. · Ability to gather stakeholder needs using various techniques and analyze requirements through use cases, data models, and validation methods. · Competence in managing and validating requirements to ensure project alignment. · Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff. Deadline-oriented with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and projects concurrently. PM certification and LSS GB/BB training/certification are advantageous. Schedule: Full-time Req: 008RMR
