Summary CHENEGA HEALTHCARE SERVICES, LLC Rockville, MD The Project Analyst II shall be responsible for providing ADAMS document processing support services for processing Non-Safeguards Information documents/records into the ADAMS Main Library. Responsibilities Processing tasks to Non-SGI materials: Document receipt Document preparation Document recompilation Scanning Imaging Text Processing Document Indexing (Profiling/Profile Quality Control) Declaring documents OARs Performing the following specific tasks to SGI related materials associated with document processing: Document preparation for entry into the e-Safe repository Coordinate with the Office Records Liaison Officers (RLOs) who perform records management functions for the SGI documents contained in the lock bar safes Obtain source SGI documents (electronic media or paper) from the RLOs Transport and process source SGI documents to the SLES E-Safe Document Processing Center (EDPC) Maintain the audit log which tracks the movement of the source SGI documents and provides an accountability record for the source SGI documents Processing of All Non-SGI portion of the document shall be performed in accordance with the DPC SOP. Including statistics for this task in the Daily Production Indicators Report and the Monthly Progress Report. Providing document processing support services for all documents entered into ADAMS related to NRC adjudications. Processing documents in accordance with the appropriate ADAMS Template and the DPC Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Responsible for documents received in electronic format shall include but not be limited to the following task(s): Run Adobe Acrobat’s Pre-flight function to ensure the submitted PDF files meet Agency requirements Document indexing (Profiling/Profile Quality Control/ADAMS Package (if appropriate) Declaring documents OARs Publication to the EHD Providing ADAMS support services by responding to and resolving requests made by NRC staff. Incoming requests may be received via email or by referral from the agency’s primary help desk, the Customer Service Center (CSC). Resolving a minimum of 80 support service requests per day. Responding to service requests by providing appropriate support, then record their actions into the ADAMS Support Conversation database for every service request. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Minimum five (5) years experience in a production processing operation supporting a document production organization, Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities US Military/ Federal Government experience, Preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to follow oral and written directions Physical Demands (The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
