What you will do Our Ottawa office is seeking a recent graduate in business, commerce, accounting or finance, who wishes to pursue their CPA designation, to join the team as a full-time hire in Summer or Fall of 2024 as a part of our Valuations practice. Our Valuations Team Deal Advisory is one of the three practice areas within Advisory. It consists of the following service lines: (i) mergers and acquisitions; (ii) debt and equity financing; (iii) restructuring; (iv) public and infrastructure finance; (v) valuations and fairness opinions; and (vi) transaction services. With over 100 dedicated valuation professionals, you'll be part of a team that can quickly mobilize to help meet clients' needs, whether local or international. Employing a rigorous valuation approach, our team invests the time required to understand the client's business and applies a robust process and sophisticated, tailored valuation techniques to every engagement. This position involves advising public and private businesses operating in various industries on deal advisory issues. As a Consultant based in our Ottawa office, you will work on a variety of assignments with a higher concentration in the area of valuations. You will work closely with our service team and will be exposed to the senior management of clients in a wide variety of industry sectors.
