AdditionalResponsibilities :
The professional is responsible for executing warehouse activities within the assigned Division/location. They ensure compliance with company standards, applying good organizational practices, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency, ensuring that products are received, stored, and delivered to internal and external customers in a timely manner. Additionally, they maintain inventory accuracy, both physically and in the warehouse management system, and provide support for planning and stock replenishment activities
- Ensure compliance with established procedures and company standards to maintain effective control over the physical flow and storage of products in the warehouse and other inventory areas.
- Support operations by either supervising or directly executing warehouse processes, such as reception, issuance, counting, and disposal.
- Implement required documentation and labeling per company standards and local requirements.
- Maintain timely input into the Warehouse Management System and ensure accurate stock transaction records.
- Proactively monitor and implement local strategies to reduce excess and aging stock, specifically aiming for a reduction in Days Sales of Inventory on Hand (DSOH) and slow-moving indicators for the assigned Divisions.
- Execute cycle counts and periodic physical counts, including the creation and posting of adjustments, root cause analysis, and reporting in accordance with global procedures.
- Perform periodic reviews of exception reports to maintain data integrity in the Warehouse Management System. This includes addressing discrepancies between systems, unit prices, aged open/failed/pending for approval/unmatched transactions, and inactive parts.
- Promote, execute, and follow up on internal field material transfers, ensuring that quality controls are carried out and are compliant with Division quality standards.
- Aim for continuous improvement and the regular use of Lean tools, such as 5S exercises, to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce waste. Implement advanced techniques, such as Kitting and Kanban, where applicable, to improve local materials management efficiency.
- Conduct periodic self-assessments and audits as required by Schlumberger's global processes.
Minimum requirements: - Location: Macae - RJ
- Technical degree (Materials Management, Administration)
- Intermediate English proficiency
- Computer skills in the Office package and SAP
- 3 years of experience
