What will you do? • Coordinate customer visits for customer witness tests / factory acceptance tests (FAT), either in person or remotely. • Preparation, coordination and follow-up of the customer witness tests for projects that require it. • Ensure the coordination of the areas involved with the project for the correct execution of the customer witness tests. • Direct communication with the customers of the Business Units. • Ensure the necessary documentation for the customer witness tests. • Ensure at all times the complete satisfaction of the customer during the witnessing of the tests. • Ensure that factory policies and standards are followed at all times. What will you need to succeed? • Engineer titled (Mechanical, Mechatronic, Electrical, Electromechanical, Instrumentation or Related). • Skills of negotiation, assertive communication, leadership, organization and customer service. • Intermediate English (spoken, listened and written). • Basic knowledge in interpretation of electrical and mechanical drawings • Basic knowledge of low and medium voltage panels and/or their applicable standards • Management of basic electrical and mechanical tools. • Desirable knowledge in project management and/or electrical testing of medium and low voltage panels.
