Global Operation Support is a part of the Service organisation in Vestas. We are responsible for 300 employees working globally and locally on assignments for improvement, optimisation, commissioning, and retrofit.You will work as part of a specified team of employees in Bucharest that has 180 technicians working on assignments in many different locations worldwide.

Responsabilities

• Provide the necessary governance and systems to ensure compliance to Vestas& 39;s policies and contractual obligations e.g. ensure that all local agreement is in compliant and implemented
• You should always be promoting a safe working culture and in accordance with the Vestas safety values
• You will be P&L responsible for your area and be fully responsible for the service delivery including people management and complex logistics

Qualifications

• Hold a Master or equivalent in e.g., Business/Economics (other areas welcome as well)
• Extensive experience in leadership with a minimum of five years& 39; experience in supervising and developing teams
• Experience from the wind industry or contextually related
• Operational environment
• Proficient in English and Romanian both written and verbally
• Good business skills and a customer-focused, solution- and improvement-oriented mindset Financial insight and experience with full P&L capabilities, which includes knowledge of key figures and KPIs

• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop others, while being open to feedback and accepting change

Additional information
