The Impact: As a Lead Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of engineers, driving technical excellence, and overseeing the design, development, and maintenance of our web applications, with a focus on ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) and data engineering processes. Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Full Stack Engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and drive the technical design and implementation of solutions. Oversee the development and maintenance of efficient and robust ETL pipelines for processing and transforming large volumes of data. Define data models, schemas, and database structures to support complex application requirements. Implement advanced data transformation and cleansing techniques to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality. Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality, adherence to standards, and scalability. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and a minimum 8 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer Strong expertise in full-stack web development, with proficiency in multiple programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or C
. Extensive experience designing and developing large-scale web applications using modern frameworks like Django, Flask, React, or Angular. Deep understanding of ETL concepts and proven expertise in designing and implementing complex data engineering pipelines. Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with both relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra). Experience with data modeling, schema design, and advanced query optimization techniques. Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience deploying and managing applications in a cloud environment. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of delivering scalable and high-performance solutions.
