Your Role at Raising Cane’s: The IT Services Specialist is responsible for the coordination of the IT procurement activities for Raising Cane’s Information Technology department. The IT Services Specialist role will participate in the planning, execution, and facilitation of technology equipment deployments and installations. Your Impact and Responsibilities: Administers the IT procurement process and all internal procurement requests. Ensures procurement requests are accurately entered into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for consistent processing in alignment with business accounting standards. Grants preliminary approval of all IT purchases, ensuring they are supported by all necessary prerequisite documentation (e.g., master services agreements, contracts, statements of work). Validates invoices against purchase orders and resolve discrepancies. Process credits and review outstanding obligations to ensure vendors are paid in a timely manner. Reviews, places, and tracks purchase order requests, order placements, and shipping, including those involving third-party vendor equipment and services. Assists with the coordinating IT system installations, applications, and processes, working with internal and external vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and budget-compliant delivery and execution of solutions. Executes and revises project work plans to meet changing needs and requirements. Schedules and executes IT system rollout plans. Proactively communicates and tracks performance and milestone metrics to IT crew members and leadership, ensuring bidirectional communication with functional departments on projects, process changes, issues, and deliverables. Requirements for Success: • 1+ years’ experience in IT Project Management required • Experience in IT or direct business experience managing technical projects • Experience with financial systems supporting a technology department • Restaurant or retail experience preferred • Workday experience preferred • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing • Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong analytical, written interpersonal, and verbal communication skills • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience required Connect With Us!
