The opportunity: We’re looking for an intellectually curious, enthusiastic and forward-thinking HR professional passionate about talent management. Your first responsibilities will be to fully grasp our business model and gain a deep understanding of our employee culture and various business functions in Quebec. Then you will have the opportunity to propose new ideas in the various HR cycles, ranging from performance management, recognition management, retention, leadership development, compensation management and employee satisfaction. You’ll leverage your experience and organizational knowledge to suggest bold initiatives to help elevate the HR function and the effectiveness of our business cycles. Your main objectives will be to strategically support our managers and practice leaders to manage the various HR cycles, develop trusting relationships with them, play your advisory role judiciously and create a climate of trust with employees. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with our human resources team in Quebec, our national colleagues and particularly with our business unit leaders. You’ll act as an individual contributor and key influencer within the HR community and with Advisory Services managers in Quebec. What you will do You’ll champion the deployment and decisions made across our HR cycles, including compensation, performance management, organizational effectiveness, learning and development, employee relations and recognition Know your way around HR metrics? You’ll champion our listening strategy for Advisory Services, using Qualtrix and Officevibe Keen on giving your opinion and using your business acumen? You’ll be a privileged advisor and provide essential support to managers, practice leaders and employees Highly curious and a creative thinker? You’ll create opportunities to influence the culture and direction of our HR practices, including diversity and employee wellness A natural-born team player?
