KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Deliver annual Sales Targets and Gross margin development Deliver annual financial and Sales targets. Align distributors on commercial targets & measurements through robust Joint Business Plan for each annual fiscal year. Identify & recommend action plans to accelerate sustainable share and volume growth. Negotiate with distributors trade terms and plans. Own the fulfilment of contractual obligations by the distributor. Enable Go-to-Market Execution Drive accelerated Sales growth via delivering excellence in market Sales, availability, visibility, and in-store execution. Monitor the operation of Distributors to ensure that work processes are implemented and recommend developmental plans. Drive effective launch model for NPDs within an indirect (Distributor) sales model. Participate and influence key customer negotiations through creating compelling selling stories for customers and partnership with distributors in the negotiation process. Build on-going Sales & Distributor capabilities Engage distributors to execute plans perfectly. Establish strong collaboration to support distributor development. Trains & develops distributor’s sales & merchandising teams and develop needed tools to achieve and maintain best in class execution. Lead GGM team in the country and develop their capabilities and support their future development. Competencies & Qualifications Demonstrated Leadership capabilities. Team player with strong ability to work in a matrix organisation. Strong Go to market Knowledge and understanding. Demonstrate strong category expertise. Strong understanding of trade landscape in KSA to support business plans. Should have 8+ years of FMCG foods experience including being in a senior managerial role for at least 4 years
