Responsible and accountable for the startup of all Production equipment and Utilities systems, and completion of Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) program for relevant equipment. Responsibilities Participate in relevant Design Review, Hazop, FAT, SAT activities Plan and execute IQ, OQ and PQ of Utilities Systems Support the execution of IQ, OQ and PQ of Production equipment Manage asset criticality ranking and to deploy associatedactions (functional analysis, component FMEA,…). Define/update assets maintenance strategy (preventive maintenance, inspection and calibration programs) based on risk approach. Identify associated resources (spare parts, tools, external or internal activities, etc) to execute strategy. Identify critical spare parts and to deploy adapted actions to ensure compliance and business continuity. Define the content of maintenance/services contracts with OEM’s and service providers. Provide/facilitate training and instruction to ensure staffing capabilities during execution. Knowledge, Skills & Experience Degree in (Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering) Experience in Equipment Maintenance and Reliability assessments At least 12 years of experience in process / pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
