Roles & Responsibilities: Duties/Responsibilities: Serve as a point of contact for regulatory agencies and other external stakeholders on compliance matters related to real estate compliances and other compliances Monitor and interpret relevant laws, regulations, and standards that apply to the organization. Develop, update, and communicate compliance policies and procedures to employees and stakeholders. Ensure the company's operations, processes, and products comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Develop and maintain a compliance risk assessment process to identify and address potential areas of non-compliance. Conduct regular internal audits to assess compliance with established policies and procedures. Track and analyze compliance metrics, generating reports for management on compliance status and areas for improvement. Maintain accurate and organized records of compliance activities, findings, and corrective actions. Prepare and submit required regulatory reports and documentation on time. Collaborate with legal and regulatory experts to ensure accurate and comprehensive reporting. Identify compliance risks and potential areas of vulnerability; develop and implement strategies to mitigate these risks. Advise management on compliance-related risks and provide recommendations for risk mitigation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, operations, quality, and safety, to address compliance concerns. Qualifications: Qualifications and Experience: 10-15 years of experience in compliance related roles Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Required Skills/Abilities: Working experience with regulatory authorities at central, state, local level related to real estate compliances and other compliances Strong government contacts at local, state, and central levels Proven experience in driving compliance programs at central, state, local level
