Your Mission An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Deployment and Transformation Manager. The successful candidate will develop and drive data & performance build, a governance structure, and implementation of procurement programs across the Global Procurement organization, deploy and trace global project procurement initiatives. Deploy digital transformation and tools, improve, and streamline the end-to-end process with a focus on value-added activities. The role encompasses responsibility within Project Resale materials & services, non-Project purchasing, Logistics, and other functional areas as required by the business. The role is designed to offer development opportunities, place the employee at the heart of strategic initiatives and provide exposure to other business disciplines. Essential Responsibilities: Data & Performance’s mission is to foster effective decision-making, backed by data and aligned with strategy. Data & Performance Build a governance structure to ensure accountability that enables the outcomes of each transformation initiative Understanding the Business problems and end-to-end data flow structures, implementing the same in the development of BI tools to meet the Business requirement. The end-to-end successful delivery of procurement programs by managing scope, business benefits, timeline, budget, resources, change & communication, risk & issues, governance, and reporting to stakeholders Processes and Tools: Develop and implement tools and processes to enable digital collaboration. Automate and digitize repetitive tasks to improve the global/total procurement efficiency Ensures that the procurement process is in adherence to company policies, and procedures to ensure successful transformations Data for performance to define & implement new performance models leveraging all the data sets available. Sourcing, standardization, spend control, and innovation with suppliers. Support Proposal and Execution process in ongoing projects/opportunities by providing strategic insight about vendor behavior and impact. Ability to handle huge amounts of data, present in different systems and logically structuring them in one system Data domains, Data guardrails to monitor & mitigate data risks: best-in-class processes to data quality, compliance & security Understanding of data gathering, inspecting, cleansing, transforming, and modeling / diagramming techniques – creating Procurement data warehouses, Maintenance Providing insights to the team, breaking down the Analysis & Analytical requirements into implementable parts Federated approach to Analytics: leveraging platforms and data lake federation to build Reusable Data Objects, to scale up data maturity across the organization Deploy procurement & productivity improvement levers to drive cost savings and performance improvement Deploy and Trace Global Project Procurement initiatives Define Vendor Management strategies that may allow for measurement of vendor performance, executional impact, and strategic role in Key Opportunities. Identification and mitigation of risks directly involving strategic vendors through the pre-sales and execution stages. Execution of the fundamentals of sourcing and supplier engagement activities including RFx, spend pattern analysis, contract analysis, bid evaluation, negotiations, and supplier consolidation. Work with business and finance leaders to identify and drive savings and controllership improvements, focusing on the total cost of ownership. Develop and maintain a commercially sound Vendor base, survey the market for new supply sources including non-traditional ones and maintain Project “Approved Vendor List”. Deploy digital transformation and tools, improve, and streamline the end-to-end process (optimization of supply chain processes, policies, procedures, trainings) Any other task as assigned Promote integrity, professionalism, and adherence to Schneider Electric’s ethical standards. Drive continuous improvement in all areas of supply chain activity and participate in improvement initiatives throughout the organization. Responsible for ensuring aligned execution approach, business standards, procurement policies, procedures, documentation, etc. across all programs, initiatives, and projects in the regions and globally; achieving global consistency. Ensures knowledge transfer/lessons learned of execution issues Monitor the improvement initiatives and report the status to the stakeholders on regular basis. Integrate change and risk management standards and best practices into transformational projects Develop Process for Project risk within Procurement Function – develop, and improve the PPA risk tool Develop a process for NCR quality log/database Standardize, and deploy AVETTA compliance across PA globally. Put KPI Accountable for developing, maintaining, and continuously improving GTT tool - Resale part portion Drive and Support Cabinet tool as part of the GTT tool - Cabinet Standardize SSP SRM tool for PA Project procurement, deploy Build SAP/IT data warehouse for Procurement Train Procurement teams on corrective actions toward performance improvement or continuous improvement projects Ensure the product development teams’ efficiency by following scrum framework values and agile practices, mentoring, and motivating the teams to improve processes, facilitating meetings and decision-making processes, and eliminating team impediments. A firm grasp of agile practices and the ability to effectively lead and mentor teams. Scheduling and facilitating sessions for value creation, decision-making processes, etc. Monitoring progress and performance to improve KPIs on value, productivity Qualifications What qualifications will make you successful? About You: 10 years of related experience in driving and leading transformation programs Experience with data, data warehouses, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, MS Flow Strong knowledge and understanding of supply chain process, understanding of project procurement Structured and process-oriented thinking Experience gained in change management Ability to work independently in a highly matrix organization Strong verbal and written communication and attention to detail are required. Ability to work in a fast-moving environment, demonstrate confident decision-making capability Ability to interact effectively with various levels of management is required. Outstanding verbal, presentation & facilitation skills plus effective listening skills, high energy, and engagement. Excellent people and project management skills. Strong analytical, Project management and problem-solving skills with the ability to demonstrate a track record of achievements to date Ability to influence others Experience with SAP or similar ERP System Quick learner in understanding the process and data Schedule: Full-time Req: 008UQ0
