PFC Flexible Circuits Ltd, an OSIE Company, is seeking a permanent General Laborer - Floater to support first shift operations (7:30 am - 4:00 pm). Responsibilities The General Laborer – Floater, will be trained in various departments and equipment and perform a variety of tasks. This important role will have the Floater rotating between processes as needed in the facility wherever the demand requires it. The Floater will be responsible for reading and verifying job orders, setting up, and completing manufacturing processes. Setup and operate different types of machinery (included, but not limited to die-cutter, scrubber, laminator) according to the department processes and each job’s requirements. Cross train on operations and equipment. Panel cleaning for surface preparation (manual/machine scrubbing). Die-cutting of panels. Spartanics punching for tooling on the panels. Cover coat lay up of circuit boards. Stiffener lay up of circuit boards. Dry film lamination of circuit boards. High School Diploma or equivalent desired. Experience working in a manufacturing setting is desired. Flexible and capable of performing efficiently in a fast-paced work environment. Able to work independently. Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management. Able to lift up to 25lbs; without assistance.
