Þsired Skill sets We are currently seeking a Senior Design Verification and Validation Test Engineer to join our R&D department reporting to the Functional Manager, Design Verification & Testing. Create complex test methods and procedures to evaluate power electronic products. Responsible for a complete function within a large project. Essential Functions: · Understand the UPS and rPDU architecture and hardware/Firmware design verification test methods. perform UPS Hardware and Firmware Design Verification & Testing, · To Work closely with the design team and lead DVT plan generation and schedule for PMP programs. · To Create test plan. Estimation of the test time. Determines test requirements for each design elements. · To mentor verification engineers on testing procedure & setups · Experience in testing industrial field bus driver and communication protocols (MODBUS / CAN and protocols like USB, TCP/IP,SNMP). · Familiarity with embedded testing ,test automation scripting for embedded products, · To Perform, review the test and verify performance as per the specification, implicit industry standards, and APC design standards tests. · To debug, find root cause & provide input to Design team. · Interact and coordinate, share the efforts within the Project team. · Document and present and manage all the communications associated with in the scope of his responsibility. Qualifications Desired Skill sets · Experience in design testing of Inverter, UPS, rPDU, any Power Electronic products design testing and troubleshooting. Hands-on Experience in handling the lab instruments like Oscilloscope, AC source, Power analyser, DMM, DC source, Data logger as a part of DVT execution. Hands on testing with VRLA and Li Ion battery testing Good Verbal & Written communication skills in English Qualifications: B. E (E& C, E& E, Instrumentation) Experience: 5-8Years.
