Vestas Technology & Operations > Frontend Engineering & Technology > Electrical Engineering NCEVestas Technology & Operations (VTO) is where new product ideas are developed, matured, improved, and tested. Within VTO, you'll find our department, Electrical Engineering NCE, as part of RE&T NCE Lifecycle Engineering & PI.
Our department is responsible to support regional Service and Construction organizations with technical knowledge to install and operate Vestas Wind turbine generators efficiently. Our team consists of 14 highly experienced and engaged employees located in Germany, Denmark and Poland.
Responsibilities - Evaluating damages on main components and perform RCAs, give recommendations to Service organizations
- Identify, develop and validate technical improvement measures as part of the continuous improvement process
- Providing answers to technical questions to internal and external stakeholder
- Taking part in customer or supplier meetings and seminars
- Interface between Remote Operations Center, Service Organizations and R&D
- Ensure technical knowledge is shared within WTG Engineering & Support teams
Qualifications We are seeking an ideal candidate with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
- Electrical engineering knowledge on electrical components and protection, e.g. switchgears transformers, generators, controls systems, converters and drives
- Experience in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to communicate clearly in English

Additional information: The primary work location for this role is our office in Szczecin, Poland.
