Site Name: Poznan Grunwaldzka Posted Date: Nov 9 2023 Supply Chain Customer Services Process Manager This is a fantastic opportunity to utilise your Customer Services process (principally comprising of: master data, sales order management, billing, customer complaints & queries) knowledge and experience, as well as develop your expertise, within a world leading pharmaceutical company. As a Customer Services Process Manager you will ensure excellent customer service to GSK trade customers and LOC partners, i.e. wholesalers, hospitals, pharmacies, in areas of master data (customer, price, product) and complaints management. You will also provide support to the European Customer Service Hub operational teams, ensuring order fulfilment process runs smoothly to enable Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with customers are met and GSK products are delivered on time. In this role you will… Be responsible for the end-to-end support for order-to-invoice process, making sure that GSK is able to supply to customer and patients on time in aligned European markets. Manage Master Data - ensure accuracy, compliance and on-time management of customer master data, material (product/SKU) and price. Ensure complaints from all GSK trade customers are properly managed. Cooperate with GSK logistics partners and IT functions. Provide recommendation with regards to process optimization, continuous improvements, simplifications. Proactively manage low stock and out-of-stock situations by cooperation with Supply Planning and Demand Forecasting organizations. Conduct Good Distribution Practice (GDP) activities. Provide reports on EU Customer Services performance. Why you?
