What your role is As part of the Supply Chain team,the Customer Service Intern will report to the Customer Service & Logistics Manager. Key Responsibilities Support the Customer Service on the following activities: Give support to sales team Manage Order to Cash process for customers Support Customer Service team with invoicing process Internal management for customer claims Process invoices from suppliers Reporting point of sales data What you will bring to the team Qualifications: FP Administration,management, etc Good level of English Proficiency in Spanish Skills and Competencies: Computer proficient with Microsoft Office Strong interpersonal and administrative skills SAP knowledge Very strong analytical skills, and execution focused.
