The Contracts Administrator manages and maintains all US contracts and distributor price lists, assists all business units in interpreting contract terms and conditions and determining pricing. Fulfill all contractual requirements for reporting, payment of administrative fees, contract membership, and authorizing rebates within strict deadlines. Responsibilities Evaluate corporate contracts for products, processes, and services and communicate contract requirements to appropriate personnel. Provide recommendation for pricing/terms, review language to ensure it conforms to standards, coordinate with legal departments, work with different levels of personnel to analyze and solidify an overall strategy. Execute contracts and ensure that pricing and terms and conditions are accurately reflected in the systems (ERP, CRM, and CPQ). Monitor and respond to changes in corporate contracts and price lists. Create amendments to contracts as required. Determine customer’s eligibility to access a contract, maintain membership in the contracts in the ERP. Create and maintain price lists for each product line and distributors. Create and maintain contract price lists for each contract. Participate in validation of enhancements to processes and tools. Maintain the directory of contracts and terms. Resolve pricing disputes and issue credits if needed. Process monthly sales reports and administrative fee payments, report sales to contract holders and contract managers. Prepare other reports as required by sales force, contract managers and senior management. Provides regular reporting to senior management on contract and compliance issues and assists senior management on other business-related issues. Work collaboratively and proactively with internal and external customers to implement terms and conditions. Exhibit good decision-making skills in resolving conflict or differences that arise in the maintenance of new or existing agreements. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in professional experience A minimum of 5 + years related job experience, experience in corporate contracts highly desired. Ability to manage multiple, complex priorities within demanding timeframes. Strong project management skills. Proven proficiency with office applications (notably Excel and word) and ERP and CRM database programs. Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities within demanding timeframes. Strong problem-solving skills; detail-oriented; highly organized. Ability to make sound business judgments. Experience working positively and productively in a team environment, as well as working independently. Collaborative with highly developed relationship-building skills. Excellent written, oral communication and negotiation skills are required. Must be able to articulate clearly with all levels of organization. Attention to detail and the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
