Site Name: Pakistan - Sindh - Karachi Posted Date: Mar 25 2024 Job Purpose: To provide compliance support to Engineering Department in documentation, audit and compliance actions and Coordinate with Engineering stream members for CMMS. Lead day-to-day operations of the store, ensure maximum availability of spares to keep up timely maintenance and manage the overall functioning of the store & store inventory. Optimize the availability and reliability of the machines by developing the preventive maintenance plan. Education & Experience: Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Industrial, Technical) 2-4 years of relevant experience Computer literacy can use emails for official correspondence. Proficient in the Use of MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at least to a moderate level Energetic, goal oriented, flexible and a self-starter with time management skills. Building staff capability to meet engineering standards. Technical Acumen (Thinking, Reasoning, Logic) Strong teamwork with an ability to interact with people across all functions and levels within the organization. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills; root cause analysis. Key Responsibilities: Ensure adherence to the Processes includes (but are not limited to): audits, deviation and CAPA management, GES/ES/EP Compliance, Trainings, QMS implementation, Change control, Engineering Alerts, and risk management & CMMS To champion the Quality Management System/ EHS framework, embedding quality and safety management principles within the Engineering department Responsible for technical Engineering documentation such as Global Engineering Standard Implementation Process, EP & ES Standards, EHS/Engineering Alert Process, Self-inspection process etc. To manage Department Governance process such as councils & Engineering Governance Meetings, to ensure that Engineering remain compliant with Safety and Quality standards. Coordinate audit related activities and gap analysis to ensure all external and internal audit activities of the department are in compliance with audit guidelines, including audit preparation, documentation and schedule adherence as per regulatory and group requirement. Governance of the site’s CMMS system which includes but not limited to timely closure of all PM & CM workorders, PM plan adherence, Site Annual Maintenance Plan reviews. Ensure that requirements of TP-13 are fulfilled in the concerned area. Review, analyse and recommend equipment maintenance strategies and/or asset care with both engineering and operational teams to reduce the impact of unplanned maintenance, relating to downtime, costs, and spares/consumables usage. Ensure in-house systems and practices to improve the efficiency of the stores environment. Ensure Engineering store to provide potential and seamless support to Engineering department. Prepare the Maintenance and Calibration Schedule of all departments and ensure its effective implementation. As a document controller of Engineering department: maintain the list of documents, maintain list of repositories as per SOP (VQD-SOP-051700) and maintain the inventory and issuance of the documents in the department. Coordinate with document owners for the document revision/preparation e.g. (SOP, Impact assessment, etc.) and coordinate with the documentation SME/ record champion at site for destruction. Why Us?
