RST Global Solutions specializes in training mobilization and helping clients ensure all crew members obtain the necessary training irrespective of the country where the vessel will operate. During onboard training process, trainers deliver training that fits client operational schedule. For each training course, there is a theoretical knowledge component and practical activity that provides hands-on experience to all trainees and increase their knowledge in the field.

We are currently seeking a Captain - Unlimited ( AHTS/PSV Offshore Vessels-Marine ) who have had an extensive and successful career providing oversight and training of personnel on board their respective vessels.

The ideal candidate is a person who may be ready to re-enter the work force as a Contractual Trainer(No Training experience required. We will provide paid neccessary training for the 5 day at home Zoom classes) after a semi/full retirement looking for a new opportunity because of the recent downturn in the oil & gas sector because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

We are needing Captains who speak French and English fluently and have certificates and licenses and a valid passport from current country of residence.
