Overview Develop, drive Sales automation systems and provide Sales force the support effectively through database management, data analysis and reports to help Sales Force in making right decision and being well-tracked on daily sales activity Responsibilities To be responsible for Commercial agenda through support Sales activities to ensure compliance with S2C Process, Procedures/Policies and Tax Compliance through periodical operations. Key Responsibilities: Automation System Development, Enhancement and Readiness Identify needs to develop, enforce necessary system, processes, and procedures to ensure effective and efficient use of automation systems. Act as Automation system administrator, responsible for effective provisioning, installation and configuration, operation, and maintenance of automation systems in coordination with IT Collect and analyze user feedback on issues and improvement opportunities related to Sales automation systems. Work with IT to propose initiatives and solutions to system enhancements and modifications to meet new business requirements. Continue research and developments to stay abreast of technological innovation and trends to ensure Sales automation system readiness for future requirements. Database Management Act as custodian for managing of Trade profiles, including structure, territories, and product assignment. Manage business databases in Sales automation systems (Sales, KPIs, Incentive…) Work with Sales Operation team and other stakeholders to identify business needs to optimize existing databases and develop new ones. Perform daily backup operations, ensure all required systems and files/ data are successfully backed up to appropriate media and recovery storage devices. Perform regular data archival and purge as necessary. Operation, Support and Enablement Develop in-depth understanding of business requirements to design effective support and guidance procedures. Provide training, timely support and guidance to Sales Force and other stakeholders to enable effective use of Sales automation systems as well as to fully maximize system features. Create, change, update and delete user accounts per request. Enable and support Sales Force and other stakeholders to allow their most effective use of Sales automation systems and databases to help driving Sales productivity. Provide 24/7 helpdesk to troubleshooting. Qualifications 5-year experience in Sales/ Marketing 3-year experience in Sales automation system management 5-years relevant experience in managerial/supervisory role in FMCG/ Nutrition/ Foods industry Analytical skills Strategic thinking Problem solving & decision making. Good knowledge of Sales automation systems, IT tools, workflows (SAP, DMS, PowerBI, …) Knowledge of Sales Force Effectiveness concepts Facilitation and influencing skills.
