Overview Ensures delivery of the brand’s AOP business goals. Effectively applies branding frameworks in marketing mix assuring consistency and differentiation vs competitive brands. Responsible of dedicated programs, lead program communication and wiring of execution expectations, ensuring relevant information and exchanges are provided to agencies, trade, field and sales leads to enable local sell in and maximum execution (ownership for delivering dedicated projects) Develops activation plans, marketing programs and activities, working in collaboration with Category teams, agencies and the brand teams in other markets. To make that happen, he/she will need to support defining, influencing, aligning and coordinating plans, whilst driving synergy and efficiency against the overall marketing agenda Responsible for A&M budget reporting and monitoring of the assigned brands; Responsibilities Responsible for executions/development and follow-up of assigned projects under supervision of the Direct manager; Drives effective implementation of brand positioning with both internal and external partners. Knows and understands the role of managed brands as well the other brands in the managed category. Recommends marketing activities supporting managed brands role and prepares recommendations that meet current brand's mission, market and competitive opportunities. Supports the development and introduction of new products/brands within the assigned categories, all activities related to innovation development: planning, designing and launching new product initiatives, according to internal PepsiCo procedure; Develops and implement specific projects for Bulgaria & Moldova to develop local business Managing projects related to brand packaging, other visibility tools, together with Trade Marketing dept aligning with key stakeholders Lead and implements our brand involvement in several events, working closely with specialized agencies and internal sales & trade on-premise teams. Develops Marketing Communication brief and co-leads multiagency briefing. Co-leads media plan development for specific marketing activity, applies learnings to media plan development and develop post campaign analysis. Leads creative agency through production process and is able to negotiate timing and costs. Leverage production amplification to resolve timing and cost issues. Understands consumer needs and describes how innovation/ brand activation delivers on consumer needs. Responsible for A&M budget reporting and monitoring of the assigned brands; Involved in continuous communication with external partners: media, creative and research agencies for the respective projects Actively involvement and ensure quality plans development based on available company data: Retail Audit, internal sales, BLS, HHP data. Qualifications University degree Minimum 3 years in a Brand Management related function in FMCG as preferred Consumer centric view & market knowledge Communication skills, networking ability Project management skills Analytical & organizational skills corroborated with attention to details Proactive, self-driven, problem-solving ability Strong drive for innovation English proficient Fully PC literate Stake-holder management in matrix environment – influencing local commercial team, CEGB regional team, EER Category platform team Project – management advanced capabilities Innovation – create an innovative environment to get better results Demonstrate passion and pride in the company, and contribute to an enjoyable and rewarding work environment.
