Collaborate with global/regional team on product development team to create an innovation pipeline and oversea the entire development process Be directly accountable for A&P budget efficiency and ROI Evaluate and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities, recommending initiatives to the management team to drive sales performance. Develop timelines and milestones for project management, continuously monitoring and proactively addressing potential opportunities and risks. Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive assigned projects ensuring alignment with business objectives Liaise with creative and media agencies to assist in preparation of media plan, strategies and post campaign evaluation Provide market competitor / consumer insights regularly to refinebrand strategy . Perform ad-hoc duties as required Other key requirements include: 3-5 years in FMCG industry, preferably in consumer or brand marketing. Strategic thinker with demonstrated experience in branding, market analysis, product development and digital marketing. Self-starter, multi-tasking and demonstrate high level of leadership skills Sound analytical and commercial awareness, experience in managing above and below the line brand marketing activities. Sound interpersonal and communication skills. Independent, ability to work well under pressure, positive thinking and open-minded for the teamwork.
